Schrift & Form – Letterform Exploration
An experimental study of letterforms.
“Schrift & Form – Letterforms” is a typographic study focusing on the construction and character of letters. The aim was to systematically explore how proportion, stroke contrast and inner counters define the personality of a typeface.
The process documentation shows analysis of existing typefaces, analogue experiments with different tools, and a series of free variations that gradually grow into a coherent alphabet. Early sketches are refined step by step until the letters work together as a consistent system.
The PDF brings together the main development steps, test lines and intermediate versions, making the path from single glyphs to a functioning set of letterforms visible.
